Responsibilities: -Lead the upgrade of SAP NetWeaver Java stack from Java 1.6 to Java 1.8, ensuring full regression testing coverage.

Drive the modernization and upgrade of GWT components to the latest supported version.

Ensure full compliance with enterprise engineering and security standards.

Implement and oversee automated testing frameworks for continuous validation.

Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments.

Define, manage, and track project requirements using JIRA.

Lead Agile delivery with Planning, 2-week sprints, and dedicated hardening sprints.

Support governance, change management, and stakeholder communication.

Mentor and guide the development team, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Strong experience with SAP NetWeaver Java stack and upgrade processes.

Proficiency in Java 1.6/1.8, including migration and compatibility testing.

Hands-on experience with Google Web Toolkit (GWT) upgrades and debugging.

Experience implementing automated testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Selenium, Mockito).

Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

Working knowledge of JIRA for Agile project tracking and backlog management.
