Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our AI/ML team, supporting innovative initiatives in the call/contact center domain (insurance sector). The role will focus on developing and enhancing NLP-driven solutions that process call center transcript data. The system automatically transcribes calls, flags compliance issues, and provides coaching recommendations for customer service representatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NLP and transformer-based models, with proven expertise in handling large-scale call or contact center datasets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.

Proven experience working with call or contact center data.

Hands-on expertise with transcript data (call/chat/text).

Strong knowledge of Transformer Models (BERT, RoBERTa, etc.).

Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools.

Proficiency in Python and SQL.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote environment.
