We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Functional / Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Infor M3 modules, configuration, customization, and integration, with the ability to provide both functional and technical support to end users and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure, customize, and enhance Infor M3 modules as per business needs.
• Develop technical solutions, reports, and interfaces using Infor M3 tools and APIs.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of M3 applications.
• Support implementation, upgrades, and migration projects for Infor M3.
• Provide functional guidance on M3 modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Prepare documentation, user manuals, and conduct training sessions for end users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Infor M3 (functional, technical, or techno-functional).
• Strong knowledge of one or more M3 modules: Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, or Distribution.
• Proficiency in M3 technical tools such as M3 APIs, M3 Adaptations, and M3 Business Engine (BE).
• Experience with SQL, Java, or other relevant programming languages is an added advantage.
• Understanding of business processes in ERP environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred:

• Infor M3 certification.
• Experience in full-cycle M3 implementations or upgrade projects.
