JD     Key Responsibilities
. Lead and mentor a team of developers in delivering scalable and
maintainable.NET with Azure function applications.
. Design and implement application architecture using ASP.NET, C#, Angular,
and JavaScript.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs, architects, and QA
to define technical requirements and project timelines.
. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
. Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design,
development, testing, deployment, and support.
. Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.
. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the
tech stack.

Required Skills & Experience
. 10-15 years of experience in application development using .NET
technologies
. Must have health care domain experience
. Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, JavaScript, Angular, and
HTML5/CSS3.
. Experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps pipelines.
. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and
containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
. Solid understanding of database design and development (SQL Server, Entity
Framework).
. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
