JobResponsibilities

Create userinterface specifications based on business requirements, user needs, andtechnical constraints.

Developconcepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.

Ensuredesigns align with Caterpillar’s Design Guidelines (DEG) and CX roadmap.

Conductdiscovery research (voice of customer, analytics, usability testing).

Developpersonas, journey maps, and storyboards to guide design decisions.

Work withbusiness stakeholders, developers, and vendors to implement designs.

Participatein design reviews, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions.

Supportdesign audits to ensure compliance with UX best practices.

Promoteuser-centered design principles across teams.

Stayupdated on industry trends and emerging UX methodologies.

AdditionalNotes

OnsiteRequirement: 5 days/week in office (Chicago or Broomfield).
