This resourcewill assist MCD to implement & support Sharepoint projects built in-houseand re-platform existing on-prem solutions to Cloud. 

Responsibilities:

* Participatein Team activities, Design discussions, Stand up meetings and planning Reviewswith team.

*Participate in requirement meetings and fully understand/document the needs ofthe Business owners and stakeholders

*Responsible for multiple applications and involved in the analysis, design,development, testing, deployment & support of the ODM .Net basedapplications

* Serves asthe .Net and SharePoint SME, ensures adoption and adherence to solutionbest-practices.

* Conductand/or participate in solution design reviews to verify that design meetsquality standards and functional/technical requirements.

* Implementall aspects of application development – coding, caching mechanisms, security,encryption, state management, error logging, debugging, scalability, codereviews, workflow automation, UI/UX design, documentation, and testing.

* Diagnosesystem defects and trace problematic system behavior to the origin source code.

* Usedocumented best practices to ensure systems are developed in a consistentmanner that will allow for high performance and scalability.

* CreateSolution Job-Aids/How-To Guides, mentor/train State staff

* Work withvendors (State or external resources) in tuning and optimizing solutionperformance and improving reliability.

* Establishpriorities & follow through on projects, paying close attention to detailwith minimal supervision.

REQUIREDSkill Sets: 

* 12+ yearsof developer experience using front-end application code utilizing modern webdevelopment technologies like HTML5, CSS, Java script, JQuery, Bootstrap andfront-end development framework like Knockout.

* 12+ yearsof experience with .Net Framework including Microsoft C#/.Net Framework.

* 3+ yearsof MS-SharePoint development experience (MS-SharePoint 2016, MS-SharePoint 2013Application/Solution development).

* 6+ yearsof experience using Relational databases like MS SQL Server/Oracle using ORMs,writing queries & stored procedures.

* 6+ yearsof experience delivering SOA solutions by integrating applications and services(any combination of: WSDL/Schema/SOAP/REST).

* 5+ yearsof experience working with and/or leading project development teams.

* 5+ yearsof experience with Microsoft TFS and Application Configuration.

* 3+ yearsof experience with SCRUM/Agile Development practices.

* 3+ yearsof experience building & setup of development environments and managementof IIS webserver.

*Development experience using SharePoint Designer, Nintex Workflow, and InfoPathtechnologies.

*O365/SharePoint Online site design, creation, development and administrationexperience.

* Requiredexcellent written and oral communication skills with technical and businessteams.

* Requiredability to propose, document, and implement software project lifecyclesolutions (software and documentation).

* Effectiveteam player in a fast paced and rapid delivery environment.

RequiredEducation: BS/BA degree or combination of education & experience
