Job Description:
Location: Onsite – Minneapolis, MN
We’re looking for a Fen-X expert with strong functional knowledge in Customer Lifecycle Management and hands-on experience in implementing and integrating the Fen-X platform. This is an onsite opportunity in Minneapolis, MN, for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and have deep expertise in financial onboarding systems.
Role Overview:
1–3 years of experience with Fen-X (current version) as a Configurator and/or Integrator
Configure journeys, phases, and tasks within the Fen-X platform
Integrate Fen-X with external systems using API integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline customer onboarding and KYC workflows
Must-Have Functional Skills (5–6 years):
Customer Lifecycle Management
Customer Onboarding
KYC (Know Your Customer)
Customer Risk Scoring
Implementation, Configuration & Integration Experience
Bonus Experience:
Knowledge of AML, Sanctions Screening, or Regulatory Reporting
