Qualifications

• At least 5 years ofprofessional experience with significant experience working as a Business Analyst on complicated projects with multiple cross-functional teams

• Proven experience inidentity governance, administration, or data validation.

• Familiarity with identitymanagement tools and systems.

• Knowledge of data privacyregulations and security best practices.

• Experience using Visio andMicrosoft Office Suite

• Experienced enough tohandle process improvement and synergies “big picture”

• Comfortable running sqlqueries and digging into the details of a project. Curiosity is key!

• Experienced in IdentityGovernance and Administration (IGA); Solid understanding of identity lifecycle(Joiner, mover, leaver) and access certification processes is preferred

• Experienced in implementingIdentity governance processes for centralized and de-centralized applicationsis preferred

• Experienced in creatingmetrics and dashboard

As a Sr IAM BA Analyst inIdentity Governance and Administration, you will play a crucial role inensuring the integrity and accuracy of user identity data within ourorganization. You will collaborate closely with application teams to obtainuser extracts, validate them against our identity solution, and identify anydiscrepancies, ultimately strengthening our identity governance and securitypractices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Governance and Oversight

o Manage Identity Governanceand Administration (IGA) processes to ensure compliance with regulatoryrequirements and organizational policies.

o Oversee the effectivenessof identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, andaccess certification.

• Policy Development andEnforcement

o Develop, implement, andmaintain governance policies and standards for identity and access management.

o Ensure adherence toindustry best practices and internal controls.

• Access Review and AuditSupport

o Coordinate and manageperiodic access reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.

o Respond to audit requestsand provide necessary documentation for compliance audits, including SOX andSOC-related inquiries.

• Metrics and Reporting

o Define and monitor keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of governanceinitiatives.

o Provide regular reportingon IGA governance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.

• Process Improvement

o Identify gaps andinefficiencies in current IGA governance processes and recommend improvements.

o Collaborate with technicaland business teams to implement process optimizations.

• Stakeholder Collaboration

o Partner with businessunits, IT teams, and external auditors to ensure alignment on governanceobjectives.

o Lead governance-relateddiscussions during cross-functional meetings.

• Incident Management andRisk Mitigation

o Investigate and remediateissues related to identity governance processes.

o Proactively identify andmitigate risks related to access management.

• Documentation and Training

o Maintain comprehensivedocumentation of IGA governance processes and frameworks.

o Provide training andguidance to teams on governance policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications inidentity and access management or data governance.

• Experience with identityand access management software such as SailPoint, Okta, or Microsoft IdentityManager
