What You’ll Do:

• Design, train, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models for HR Tech products.
• Innovate with Generative AI solutions by building on open-source Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop tools for automatic training, updating, and evaluating AI models at scale.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Contribute to building AI systems for Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Establish industry best practices in AI and ensure model fairness to promote equal opportunity.

What You Bring:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Solid foundation in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning, and NLP.
• Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs (like BERT, GPT-3, T5).
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, Scala, etc.
• Understanding of data processing systems, distributed systems, and microservices.
• Passion for delivering high-performance, scalable ML models.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks.
• Knowledge of Apache Spark, Databricks, MLFlow, or Airflow.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data analysis and NLP applications.
• A passion for innovation with a proven track record of contributions to the AI field.

What We Offer:

• Base Salary Range: $136,000 to $160,000
• Discretionary Bonus (up to 10%) and Pre-IPO Equity (Stock Options)
