As a Risk Modeling Associate, you'll validate advanced ML models and Large Language Model (LLM) frameworks while collaborating with top data scientists and technologists.

What You'll Do:

???? Model Validation & Innovation:

• Conduct robust validations of ML models, including gradient boosting models, neural networks, and other classification and regression models.
• Challenge model assumptions, develop benchmarks, and replicate results to ensure best-in-class performance.

???? LLM & GenAI Evaluation:

• Test and optimize LLM frameworks (like Hugging Face models), addressing critical risks such as hallucination, prompt injection, bias, and accuracy issues.

???? Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with model developers, data engineers, and governance teams to align model designs with business goals.

???? Risk Monitoring:

• Identify and assess risks, enhancing models to strengthen compliance and operational efficiency.

What You Bring:

???? Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.

???? Experience:

• 5+ years in ML model development or validation, preferably in financial services.
• Deep knowledge of risk modeling and regulatory compliance (SR 11-7).

????? Technical Skills:

• Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in Python and R, with cloud experience (AWS, Azure) a plus.
• Experience in LLM applications, prompt-tuning, RAG/fine-tuning techniques.
