What We're Looking For

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Model Mastery: Extensive experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• RAG Expert: Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications leveraging LLMs.
• Big Data Wizard: Proficiency in PySpark and other distributed computing frameworks.
• NLP Pro: Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers, NLTK, SpaCy, and familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Data Savvy: Strong with both SQL & NoSQL databases.
• Cloud Specialist: Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and Azure DevOps.
• Python Expert: Skilled in Python and web frameworks like Django or Flask for API deployment.
• MLOps Rockstar: Deep understanding of model lifecycle management, CI/CD, and continuous monitoring.
• Problem-Solver: Strong analytical skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges independently.
