• AI Strategy & Innovation: Lead AI-driven transformation for Life Sciences clients, advising them on industry-leading practices and innovative technology trends.
• Solution Design & Implementation: Design scalable, impactful AI solutions that align with client business goals. Oversee the full lifecycle of solution delivery, from conceptualization to execution.
• Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships, becoming a trusted advisor while guiding clients through strategic AI decisions.
• Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. Actively mentor and develop staff members.

???? What You'll Bring to the Team

• Experience: 6+ years of experience in technology consulting or digital transformation, with a focus on AI and machine learning solutions in Life Sciences.
• Industry Expertise: At least 1 year of experience in the Life Sciences industry, specifically working on AI use cases and developing delivery roadmaps for accelerated project delivery.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage complex technical projects with teams in multiple locations, and to engage in high-stakes client interactions.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
• Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel up to 50% based on client needs and project requirements.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Cloud Expertise: Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Emerging Tech Knowledge: Understanding of GenAI, multimodal data management, Data Mesh, Data Fabric, and other cutting-edge AI architectures.
• Proven Impact: Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage strategic engagements, and lead large, global projects.
• Presentation Skills: Comfort with speaking at large conferences or to executive audiences, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
