???? What You'll Do:

As an AI/ML Scientist, you'll be instrumental in driving AI transformation for our clients. You’ll design, build, and optimize advanced AI/ML solutions that unlock new levels of business value. Your role will involve:

• AI/ML Solution Design: Craft tailored AI and machine learning systems to solve complex business challenges and optimize workflows.
• Lead Innovation: Drive innovation by leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies and designing solutions that reshape industries, from healthcare to finance to retail.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to translate technical AI solutions into clear, actionable business strategies.
• Strategic Guidance: Provide expert guidance on the integration of AI/ML into existing business processes, ensuring successful adoption and value realization.
• Leadership: Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the design and delivery of AI solutions, coaching and mentoring technical leads, engineers, and developers.
• Data-Driven Impact: Help clients unlock the full potential of their data by designing scalable, efficient AI systems that drive business outcomes.

???? What You Bring:

• Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML principles including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and natural language processing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including executives, and demonstrate the business value of AI solutions.
• Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience building AI/ML systems and leading AI transformations.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI/ML systems with a focus on practical application in business.
  • 3+ years of experience working with operations teams and optimizing AI applications for integration.
  • 2+ years of consulting experience, with a proven track record in delivering AI-driven solutions to clients.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), with preference for degrees in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.

• Experience with major AI/ML frameworks and cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations in AI applications.
• Industry-specific experience in areas like Financial Services, Healthcare, or Public Services.
• Familiarity with containers, serverless architectures, and DevSecOps.
