What You’ll Do:
- Be the Data Detective: Analyze Medicaid behavioral health encounter data for Prepaid Inpatient Health Plans (PIHPs), Community Mental Health Service Providers (CMHSPs), and other partners.
- Ensure Financial Accuracy: Close data gaps between encounter costs and reported financial data in the Encounter Quality Initiative (EQI) templates.
- Streamline Reporting: Manage EQI template distribution and submissions, analyze data variances, and engage with providers for data integrity.
- Leverage Advanced Systems: Utilize state data systems, dashboards, and demographic files to deliver actionable insights and investigative reports.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Join workgroups, provide technical support across departments, and create simple ad hoc data reports.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (required).
- Experience:
- Analyst 9: Entry level; no experience required
- Analyst 10: One year of professional experience
- Analyst P11: Two years of professional experience, including one year at the intermediate level
- Skills We Value:
