What You’ll Do
1. Leadership & Strategy:
- Build and lead a high-performing team of ServiceNow developers, architects, and analysts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and align the ServiceNow strategy with business goals.
- Serve as a thought leader, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
2. Solution Delivery:
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HR, and other modules.
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and business continuity requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging the full potential of the ServiceNow platform.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for ServiceNow to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Communicate technical concepts in an accessible, business-focused manner.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement.
4. Governance & Compliance:
- Develop and maintain governance structures to ensure platform stability and adherence to compliance standards.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs, delivering reports to leadership on system performance and enhancements.
What You Bring
- Proven Expertise: 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and management, including extensive hands-on experience with ITSM and other modules.
- Leadership Acumen: 3+ years in a managerial role, leading diverse teams and complex projects.
- Certifications: ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CAD, or similar) preferred.
- Technical Prowess: Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess challenges, craft innovative solutions, and lead with a strategic mindset.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders across all levels.
