We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) who specializes in Customer Success to join our dynamic and high-energy team. As the TPM for FF (Customer Success), you will be the bridge between our customers and the cutting-edge technology that powers their success. You will play a critical role in managing complex technical programs, ensuring seamless execution, and driving customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Drive Impactful Programs: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of high-priority technical programs that directly impact our customers' experience and success.
- Customer-Centric Thinking: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, support) to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions and drive the roadmap.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership, solve problems, and make decisions that help the company deliver on its promises to customers.
- Build and Scale: Help scale our technical infrastructure and customer success initiatives by bringing your deep knowledge of system integration, product workflows, and automation.
- Measure Success: Define and track KPIs to measure the success of programs and ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably with a focus on customer success, SaaS platforms, or similar technology solutions.
- Technical Acumen: You have a solid understanding of software development, cloud services, and technical integrations. Experience with system architecture or API integrations is a bonus.
- Customer-Focused: You have a strong passion for helping customers succeed and you understand that delivering results is just as important as delivering solutions.
- Leadership Skills: You possess strong communication skills and can effectively lead cross-functional teams to execute complex programs on time and within scope.
- Analytical Mindset: You excel at breaking down complex problems, finding solutions, and tracking results through data.
